Service Level Agreement

Registryo Last updated: March 16, 2026

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes the uptime commitment for eligible Registryo services and the credits available if we do not meet it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This SLA applies to VPS, Linux, Windows, and Container servers. It does not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, VPN, beta services, or any service where a separate agreement states otherwise.

2. Uptime Commitment

We aim for 99.9% network and infrastructure availability each calendar month. "Availability" means your service is reachable through our network. Downtime is measured from the time you report an outage in a support ticket, or from the time our monitoring records it, until service is restored.

3. Exclusions

The uptime commitment does not cover downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance, announced in advance where practical.
  • Factors outside our network, including your own applications, configuration, or software.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, abuse, or your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Suspension or termination for non-payment or policy violations.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including upstream provider or third-party failures.

4. Service Credits

If monthly availability for an eligible service falls below the commitment, you may request a credit:

Monthly availability Credit (% of that month's fee)
99.0% – 99.9% 10%
95.0% – 98.9% 25%
Below 95.0% 50%

Credits are applied to your account balance toward future invoices. They are not paid as cash refunds.

5. Claiming a Credit

Open a support ticket or email support@registryo.com within 7 days of the incident. Include the affected service and the dates and times of the downtime. We will review our records and apply any credit due.

6. Limitations

Service credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet this SLA. Total credits in any month will not exceed 50% of that month's fee for the affected service.
