These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Registryo ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering, accessing, or using any Registryo service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date; false or outdated details may result in suspension or termination.
2. Services
We provide domain registration and transfers, virtual and container servers (VPS, Linux, Windows, and Container), VPN, SSL certificates, and related services. Features, resources, and limits are described at the time of order. We may modify, add, or discontinue services at any time.
3. Billing and Renewals
Services are billed in US Dollars (USD) on the cycle shown at checkout. Unless cancelled, recurring services renew automatically at the end of each term, and the payment method on file is charged. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Invoices are due on issue; unpaid services may be suspended and then terminated after a grace period. We may change pricing, with changes applying from your next renewal.
4. Domain Registrations
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN, the relevant domain registry, and the registration agreement of our upstream registrar. By registering a domain you agree to those policies, including the requirement to provide and maintain accurate registrant contact details (WHOIS). Domains renew automatically unless cancelled, and domain fees are non-refundable. Ownership disputes are governed by the applicable registry dispute policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) where it applies.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your services, with or without notice, for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination, your data and services may be deleted. You may cancel your services at any time through your account or by contacting support.
8. Data and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data stored on our services. We may keep backups for our own operational purposes, but we do not guarantee their availability and are not responsible for lost data.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, except as stated in our Service Level Agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Registryo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Registryo harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
