Acceptable Use Policy
Registryo Last updated: July 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Registryo services. It exists to keep our network, our other customers, and the wider internet safe. Breaking these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use our services to host, store, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance and report all instances to the relevant authorities.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code intended to harm systems or users.
- Phishing pages, fraudulent content, or material designed to deceive or steal from others.
- Content that is illegal under applicable law.
2. Prohibited Activity
You may not use our services to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or operate open mail relays.
- Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized penetration of other systems.
- Operate command-and-control infrastructure for botnets or distribute malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, or financial crime.
3. Network and Resource Abuse
Shared and virtual environments depend on fair use. You may not consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers, interfere with our network, or circumvent resource limits. Activities such as cryptocurrency mining, public proxies or VPN exit nodes, and sustained high-load applications are permitted only where your plan expressly allows them. Contact us if you are unsure.
4. Copyright and DMCA
We respond to valid copyright complaints. If you believe content on our network infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@registryo.com including: identification of the work, the location (URL or IP) of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and act on valid notices, which may include removing content or suspending the account responsible.
5. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse of our network to support@registryo.com with as much detail as possible, including relevant logs, timestamps (with time zone), and IP addresses.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion. We may disclose information to law enforcement where required. Services terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for a refund.
